The date on which the specified Required Collection Frequency (RCF) ended.

Business Rules
--------------



Must be in the format YYYYMMDD.

Must be greater than the RCF Begin Date.

Must be between July 01, 1987 and one year from the current date.

Must not fall in any other RCF windows defined for the monitor.

Must be during a sample period for a monitor (between Sample Period Begin Date and Sample Period End Date (or one year from today if Sample Period is open with a null end date)).
